ICPA Return Policies

All returns to the ICPA can be credited towards another product or service.

The ICPA's return policy is minimal and based on charges accrued. Because of our non-profit status we can not accrue credit card and shipping costs.

Policy on Refunds:

• A refund (relevant to credit card charged amount) will be applied to all products if the product is returned and is in the original packaging.

• Standard shipping charges apply and any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility to cover.
