180 Hour Certification Program Payment Programs
Pay in Full (PIF) for Entire Series and Auto-Payment Discount Plan Payment:
For those candidates who choose to pay the entire 180 Hour Certification in advance and receive the tuition discount, it is important for them to realize that this pre-pay discount is honored at only ICPA sponsored programs. Registrants are therefore encouraged to do any make-up classes at ICPA sponsored locations. If and when the registrant needs to attend a make-up module in a location other than an ICPA sponsored location, there will be additional fees paid directly to that college for attendance. PIF registrants and Auto Payment registrants will NOT be able to transfer payment from an ICPA location to Dallas (Parker University) or Minnesota (NWHSU) locations.
Also-it is important to note that the pre-pay policy will remain valid for a period of two years from the date of the last scheduled class of the contracted series. Failure to complete all modules within that two year period will void the pre-pay agreement.
Attendance Policy
Make-up hours:
Technique Classes: Candidates enrolled in the certification program are required to attend the full 12 hours for each course. If a candidate misses hours for a technique seminar (which includes: 1. Short Lever Adjusting, 2. SOT: Spinal, 3. SOT Pediatric Cranial Adjusting, 4. Practical Neurology: Proposed Model for VSC and Its Clinical Application, 5. Challenged Child, 6. Perinatal Care, 7. Techniques: Thompson and Logan, 8. Neurosensory Integration and 9. Technical Integration) it is a requirement to make up the missed hours. Failure to make up the missed hours of the course will result in a complete make up of the 12 hour course.
Non-Technique Classes: If a candidate misses any hours at a non-technique seminar (which includes: 1. Neuro Immunology, 2. Transition To Wellness, 3. Research: Review of the Literature/ Case Study Writing and 4. Chiropractic Family Wellness Care) they are required to make up the hours. In the event that an attendee misses classroom hours for a non-technique class due to unforeseen emergency situations; a formal request to the ICPA must be submitted. Once reviewed by the Academic Committee, the candidate may be requested to complete a specific clinical/ academic project in substitution for the missed hours. The Academic Committee will only consider a make-up project for candidates missing 3 hours or less. If the candidate is given this privilege, there will be a fee charged for the additional make-up hours.
Attendance Verification: Each attendee must sign-in and out each day to receive credit for each individual module. This sign-in sheet will be distributed during class for your signature. Due to the stringent standard of our program, you will only be given credit for those hours you are actually in the room. The ICPA strongly urges you to plan to attend all modules in your particular location.

Any lapse of two years from the date of last attendance may require attendance of make-up modules for those seeking certification status.
Program Cancellation Policy: The ICPA and the sponsoring organization/ college reserve the right to cancel a module or program due to low registration, unforeseen travel difficulties, emergency speaker unavailability and to reschedule speakers according to circumstances. Instructors are subject to change depending on extenuating circumstances.
