Board Certification Terms: All certification candidates must attend all 180 hours to be awarded certification status. Registrants are therefore encouraged to do any make-up classes at other I.C.P.A./ CCC sponsored locations. If and when the registrant needs to attend a make-up module in a location other than an I.C.P.A/ CCC sponsored location, there will be additional fees paid directly to that college for attendance. Both Dallas (Parker) and Minnesota (NWHSU) locations are not I.C.P.A./ CCC locations and classes taken in these locations are NOT transferable towards ICPA pay in full and auto pay.

Also-it is important to note that the pre-pay policy will be remain valid for a period of two years from the date of the last scheduled class of the contracted series. Failure to complete all modules within that two year period will void the pre-pay agreement.

Make-up hours: In the event that an attendee misses classroom hours due to unforeseen, emergency situations, a formal request to the ICPA must be submitted. Once reviewed by the Academic Committee, the candidate may be requested to complete a specific clinical/ academic project in substitution for the missed hours. If the candidate is given this privilege, there will be a fee charged for the additional make-up hours.

Attendance Verification: Each attendee must sign-in and out each day to receive credit for each individual module. This sign-in sheet will be distributed during class for your signature. Due to the stringent standard of our program, you will only be given credit for those hours you are actually in the room. The I.C.P.A strongly urges you to plan to attend all modules in your particular location. The possible inability to make-up modules elsewhere may jeopardize your eligibility to sit for the Final Certification and Diplomate Exams.

Student Attendance: Students may participate in the 180 hour Certification program according to the allowance of the co-sponsoring colleges. Their entry semester/ quarter of eligibility is determined by the sponsoring college. Board Certification will be issued when the student has fulfilled all requirements for Certification, has upgraded their membership with the ICPA to DC status and then verifies their Chiropractic degree to the ICPA.

Records: The ICPA will be keeping a central database of all attendees' records for all locations. It is the responsibility of the attendee to keep records of individual modules attended for future application as well. Although the program does not have to be completed within a current offering, please be aware that there is no guarantee that the program will be offered in the same location again. Any lapse of two years from the date of last attendance may require attendance of make-up modules for those seeking certification status.
