About the ICPA Certification and Diplomate Program:
The entire 360 Diplomate Course of Study is divided into:
1. The I.C.P.A. 180-hour Chiropractic Pediatric Certification Program consists of 14 classroom modules taught by the leading authorities in chiropractic pediatrics today and one practical, clinical competency research project. Special emphasis is placed on hands on adjusting techniques and practical information so that attendees can return to their offices and implement what they have just learned.
Completion of all classroom hours and successfully passing of the final exam allows the Candidate to be eligible for Certification status. The 180 Hour Certification program is also Part One of the Diplomate program. It takes just over a year to complete.
2. 180 Hour Advanced Clinical Competency
Program for the Diplomate is the remaining 180 Hours for
diplomate Status. The 360 Hour Diplomate program consists of
the 180 Hour Certification Program- Part One and 180 Hours
of Advanced Clinical Competency
Program- Part Two, totaling 360 Hours.
Doctors who are enrolled
in the 180 Hour Certification program are eligible to begin
these advanced, Diplomate projects once they have initiated
the 180 Hour Certification Program. Candidates can
conceivably complete all requirements for Diplomate by beginning
these projects while they are taking the Part One- 180 Hour Certification
Program.
